I've been chatting to some of you in the salon about me holding space for a while now - well I've taken the step and here's my first event 💜 whether I just get 1 booking or 10 I know that those who need it will be there!
August is a busy month where we tend not to make time for ourselves but I promise you, if you just give yourself a little time & space to practice some relaxation methods, these can be used in your everyday life and help create a more peace in your days!
I speak from experience 🥰 fill your own cup because no-one will do it for you!

August is an extremely busy time of year for our minds, especially for us parents.
We have to juggle so much and we tend to allow ourselves to get stressed and overwhelmed by the kids being off, still needing to work, holidays, housework, uniform shopping - the list goes on and we try to split ourselves into several pieces to beable to accomplish these 'tasks'- that are just a part life!
I'm here to help you fill up your own cup and be present in the moment.
Imagine allowing yourself 2 hours just for YOU💜
Selfish?? Absolutely not - we cannot pour from empty!
During the full moon energy this month it's a great time to plant a seed for yourself to help you grow - even if it's just in one small aspect of your life - making that 1 small commitment to yourself can be a game-changer!
This year I've done it with cold plunge & sauna days and I'm so proud of myself for going to these, my next one is tomorrow all on my own!

Working with many people over the past few years alongside working on myself a lot, i've come to realise that so many people struggle to slow down and live in the NOW, we're always chasing the future or worrying about the past - if you want to give some time to yourself, really sit with yourself, focus on the breath, engage in some light meditation and open your heart I'd love you to join me on my 1st event 💜 supporting each other is what really matters in life!

August is my busiest month - weekend & evening appointments are extremely limited now until September and the days are also booking up fast!
