Swimmers - are you washing your face properly?

You may think that it’s a bit niche, but whether you’re a regular swimmer at the gym or a potter in the pool on holiday, chlorine can really stick on your skin!

Simply splashing your face with water really isn’t enough to remove it so as soon as you can, you need to be cleansing your face 🙌🏻

I’m here to show you it really isn’t painful, even without numbing cream (which you really shouldn’t use)

Whilst it’s never going to be the number 1 most relaxing facial, for me it isn’t painful, it’s more slightly uncomfortable but absolutely tolerable 🌟

We always do a patch to start to allow you to feel more hat it will feel like and of course you can always stop the treatment then or at any time throughout 🧡
