July has been all about making the most of summer! βοΈπΏπ
From taking our moonmoon reusables on sunny adventures and picnics, to being featured by England Naturally, itβs been another month full of exciting moments.
Weβve also loved seeing our reusables stocked at ZERO WASTE β’ ORGANIC β’ LIVING β’ RESTORE COFFEE SHOP and behind the scenes Judith has been busy capturing plenty of summer content that we canβt wait to share with you!

That's exactly why we created moonmoon. π

Too hot to cook dinner and out of ideas? Try this quick and easy Orzo salad recipe. Tastes even better the next day and a perfect BBQ side! π₯ RECIPE BELOW β¬οΈ
YOU NEED:
250g orzo (dry)
200g mozzarella pearls
70g sun-dried tomatoes
1 handful basil, chopped
1/2 small red onion, chopped
2 big handfuls rocket (spinach also works)
1/2 lemon juice
3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
1 tbsp red wine vinegar
1 tbsp honey
1 tsp Italian seasoning
A pinch of salt and pepper
RECIPE:
1. Boil your orzo until cooked
2. Prepare your dressing by whisking olive oil, red wine vinegar, honey, Italian seasoning, salt and pepper
3. Once your orzo is cooked, briefly wash in cold water and add to your bowl or bag
4. Add mozzarella balls, sun-dried tomatoes, basil, red onion & rocket
5. Finish with a drizzle of olive oil and a squeeze of lemon juice
6. Mix until everything is coated and enjoy!
Top Tip - prepare your orzo salad in a moonmoon bowl bag for less washing up and easy grab-and-go for your next BBQ.
