Let’s live NOW. ❤️
A few things that really help me on this journey :
• No cold food for 48h after chemo. And in general — warm is kinder to the body, especially the liver. But today the sun is shining, my chemo was on Monday, and the weather is just beautiful… so I’m choosing to enjoy this moment at .
• Hydration is everything. I start my day with 1L warm water + lemon (thermos always with me). I wake up — I drink. I leave the house — thermos with me. Yes, it’s not always convenient, but I prefer it over plastic bottles with microplastics and other unwanted things. I drink more when I’m home and before sleep.
I’ve noticed: when I drink less — I feel worse.
• Don’t skip breakfast. Around 9am your body needs a proper, non-sweet meal. Tomorrow I will introduce you a special breakfast!
• Binders (like charcoal) support me before/after chemo.
• Daily detox matters 🚽 yes, every day.
• Breathing… simple but powerful.
• I choose “I want” over “I have to”. Only today matters.
• I clear unfinished things — they drain so much energy.
I’ve also simplified my life: cleaner products, gentler nutrition (no extremes), more creativity 🤍
Now part of Thermomix UK & Ireland — and I’ll show how even on low-energy days I can cook something beautiful and enjoy it.
And my little 3-year-old is already learning with me… 💛 ******er

I want to express my heartfelt gratitude for your incredible support. I have completed my second round of chemotherapy, and I am now on a two-week regimen of pills. There are two more chemotherapy sessions planned, after which we will monitor the situation with scans. The good news is that my CEA levels, which are crucial indicators for my type of cancer, are dropping at a promising rate. Maintaining this downward trend is now my main focus.
Homeopathy has been a tremendous help in supporting my body during this time. While chemotherapy works to eliminate the cancer cells and prolong my life, the quality of that life and my health are things I must actively work on myself.
Your multi-faceted assistance has truly meant the world to me. Some of you have helped by driving me to the hospital, while others have sent beautiful flowers, which have filled our home with joy. Your postcards, filled with such kind and uplifting words, have brought me incredible comfort. Additionally, some of you have helped to take care of Leo by picking him up and bringing him to and from daycare. Although I am unable to drive right now as I prepare for my upcoming exam, it has been a relief knowing that my son is well-cared for.
Thanks to your generous donations, I have been able to purchase homeopathic remedies that help me minimize and even avoid neuropathy, an issue that causes nerve damage in my fingertips, toes, and even around my eyes. Ensuring sensitivity in my hands and feet is essential for both my daily life and work, especially since I am a makeup artist who relies heavily on my vision and dexterity.
Some of you helped acquire and transport my homeopathic treatments across Moscow, navigating impressive routes, while others are bringing supplies from Italy. I am truly grateful for everyone’s assistance. A special thanks goes to those who helped financially, enabling us to feel more secure during this challenging time.
Knowing that you are all thinking of me and my entire family brings me immense comfort. Thank you for keeping us in your thoughts and prayers.
I am expecting to receive bone-strengthening medication

It was very important time in Moscow. I found good support treatments during my chemotherapy and target therapy in England. I believe that healing from cancer it is vision on your health on 360• around you! In The Bible “You shall not make for yourself any graven image,” my vision: I feel, I accept responsibility for my decisions and actions.
