On International Women's Day a wanted to share an inspirational story about Sally, a client and now friend,, (centre of the photo, in white on my left). Sally started coming to Yoga 3 years ago and then my Pilates classes and a shift happened, where she wanted to look after herself more. Sally now comes to 3 classes a week and has taken up running, slimming world and has dropped from size 18÷8! Sally tells me she feels so much better and wrote 'Thank you for my yoga and pilates classes as you've been part of my success # # #' Well done Sally, so proud of you! 💝🙏
