βœ… New treatment coming in October!
βœ… 5 x FREE sessions available!
βœ… Dry Cupping

πŸ“²πŸ’« Tag friends, like the page, comment on here, show your interest if you'd like one of the FREE sessions available in October.

5 x names will be drawn at random and who will win a FREE DRY CUPPING TREATMENT!

Alot of clients have asked for this so now I'm delivering. I'll be completing the course at the end of September and will buy the equipment, ready to start serving dry cupping as a treatment sometime in October.

I'm looking forward to the course, to learn and understand fully the benefits and techniques to achieve results from another soft tissue therapy technique to provide to my clients.

Good luck with the draw!

Easing my way back into life and work after an awful back flare-up and slowly getting a little stronger each day ❀️

It was lovely to be back treating a client this morning, especially this one who has been progressing so well, swimming, walking, increasing her exercises and still coming back for regular maintenance treatments.

Today’s session focused on improving knee mobility, working around swollen lower legs and ankles, and easing some upper back and shoulders tension.

It’s so good to see clients making progress and looking after their bodies along the way. And a little reminder from me, you don’t have to wait until something hurts to book a treatment!

Regular maintenance helps keep you moving well and address those niggles before they become bigger problems.

DO YOU HAVE A PHYSICAL JOB?

If your working day involves lifting, carrying, digging, pushing, pulling, bending, climbing or being on your feet for hours, your body takes a beating.

Massage isn’t just about relaxation. It can be part of looking after a body that works hard every day.

Here’s why it could benefit you:

πŸ”Ή Relieve muscle tension – help ease those tight, overworked muscles after a physically demanding day.

πŸ”Ή Reduce aches and stiffness – especially through the back, shoulders, neck, hips and legs.

πŸ”Ή Improve movement – working hard while repeatedly using the same positions and movements can leave your body feeling restricted.

πŸ”Ή Help you recover – give your body some time and attention between physically demanding shifts.

πŸ”Ή Keep on top of problem areas – regular treatment can help address those niggles before they become something that stops you working.

πŸ”Ή Support your body long-term – your body is your biggest tool at work. Look after it.

I'm back out on the roads this month, supporting cyclists as a soigneur, with another European trip thrown into the mix! πŸš΄πŸ»β€β™€οΈπŸ’ͺ

It's incredibly rewarding, but it's also such hard work. Long days, early starts, plenty of miles, and making sure the riders have everything they need to perform at their best.

Looking forward to supporting the teams at:

πŸ‡¬πŸ‡§ Beaumont Trophy, National Road Series
πŸ‡«πŸ‡· Ronde des VallΓ©es, U19 MJ UCI 2.1

Here's to more teamwork, massaging, race support and unforgettable experiences!

Fingers crossed my back holds out🀞🏻

Finally got the VTCT Skills cert through for my Level 4. πŸŽ‰

The 12 months that it took to achieve this, the study, the face-to-face practical weekends, the zoom call classes, hours upon hours of practice, case studies, research, assignments, assessments, revision and exams..... was tough. Very much worth it though to offer a better service for my lovely clients in Sports Massage and Soft Tissue Therapy.

πŸ“£ A quick update on my poorly back and my work availability.

Firstly, I'd like to apologise to all of my clients whose appointments I've had to cancel this week at my Winsford location and to everyone booked in at my Tarporley clinic on Friday.

The good news is that I've managed to rearrange appointments over the coming weeks, and I just want to say a huge thank you for being so understanding, accommodating, and supportive.

Your patience and loyalty genuinely mean so much to me, and I'm incredibly grateful for your kindness while I take the time to recover.

I'm hoping to be back to normal practice sometime next week, so, fingers crossed! 🀞

Although I'm not able to treat clients at the moment, I'm still able to answer enquiries. So if you have any questions or would like to book a future appointment, please don't hesitate to get in touch.

I can't wait to get back to doing what I love and seeing you all again soon. πŸ’™

I'm really sorry to my clients who I've had to cancel this week due to my poorly back. It went at the weekend and I'm still struggling and suffering. I'm managing to get about abit today with a crutch but the spine does not want to move or be loaded!

πŸ™‚ Thank you to everyone for being understanding, supportive and accommodating. Xx
