When you arrive, you'll be welcomed by Zarah and given time to get comfortable. Depending on the areas being treated, you'll be asked to undress where appropriate, with disposable underwear provided if needed. Towels are always used to ensure you're covered and comfortable throughout your appointment.

Once you're ready, Zarah will return and talk you through everything before getting started. Every step is explained as you go, so you know exactly what's happening and what to expect.
