The contrast between the soft n**e background and raised metallic details creates a beautiful 3D effect.
One small step can make a big difference.
After curing your top coat, don’t rush straight in with cuticle oil, hand cream or filing.
The top coat can still be warm when it comes out of the lamp.
Give it around 30–60 seconds to cool down naturally in the air first.
Then continue with oil, cream or your final finishing steps.
Simple order:
CURE → COOL DOWN → FINISH
Even with a no-wipe top coat, I still give it that little cooling time.
It helps me keep the finish looking cleaner, smoother and glossier. ✨
Save this for your next manicure and try it yourself. 🤍

Good nail education isn’t about learning more steps. It’s about finally understanding what you’re doing. 🎓
I created my courses for different stages of your nail journey — from building strong foundations as a beginner to refining structure, Russian manicure and advanced French as an experienced nail technician.
My classes are 1:1 because I want to see your technique, your habits and your difficulties and correct them individually.
I won’t expect perfection from you. That’s exactly why you’re coming to learn.
But I will pay attention to the details — because those little details are often what separate “something doesn’t look right” from clean, confident professional work.

“I’m building the gel thin… so why am I STILL getting lifting at the sidewalls?” 👀
Because thin application alone doesn’t guarantee good retention.
Sidewall lifting can start long before you actually see the pocket.
It can come from choosing the wrong material for the natural nail, incorrectly combining materials, building insufficient support through the side areas, or simply removing that support again during your final filing.
Not every gel behaves the same way. A product that performs perfectly on a longer, stronger nail may behave completely differently on a short, flexible natural nail.
And your filing technique matters just as much as your application.
If you over-file the side areas or create the wrong transition, you weaken the exact part of the structure that needs support.
Once sidewall lifting begins, it can be one of the most difficult types of lifting to completely grow out. So instead of repeatedly removing the pocket and fixing the same problem at every appointment, you need to understand WHY it keeps happening.
Good retention isn’t about adding more gel.
It’s about knowing:
which material to choose + where to reinforce + how to build the structure + what NOT to file away.
If you’re tired of seeing the same sidewall lifting coming back, come and learn the technique with me in my Russian Manicure + Gel Application Course. 🤍
