Can’t believe I’ve only just this week tried the marmite and cheddar knot from oh my god it’s good

I have a confession. I write a to do list, even on the weekend.

I write out my plans and the tasks I need to get done in my notes app. Not because my social plans feel like a task, but the things like cleaning, washing and life admin need to get done.

(But surely I can remember them without writing them down?😅)

Tbh I think my brain still needs the dopamine of ticking things off, and I can’t shake the feeling of needing to be productive 24/7.

I’ve noticed that when Saturday morning comes I start thinking about what I can tick off, and starting the day with rest feels uncomfortable. I know. IT SHOULDN’T.

So I’m noticing it. Leaning into it. And starting the weekend lying on the sofa reading my book☕️📚🌼🌳💤

Back to the usual routine today after a couple of weeks where the only decision I needed to make was which of the Malvern Hills to walk up⛰️

Still thinking about our Escape to the Lake event last month…

We welcomed a wonderful group of women for an afternoon of movement, creativity, and connection.

We flowed from gentle movement to a dip in the lake (🥶), sauna, and a creative art session surrounded by calming autumn rain and all the elements.

We left feeling grounded, inspired, and so grateful for the beautiful energy everyone brought with them. Thank you to everyone who joined us🧡
