Stretch warm up !!

(Abs/leg Pyramid!!!) Top to Bottom repeating back to top after each exercise!
Squat Jumps
Up and Down Plank
Reverse lunge Alternate
Cycle Crunch
Mountain Climbers
Crunch heel Taps

30sec on 10sec off

Example Start Squat 30sec after each exercise start at the top again until you reach heel taps

2 Mins break

Reverse it straight through
knocking last exercise off each time
Example - start Heel, mountain , cycle. Etc...
Cut off squats .
Back to Heel etc ...cut off Up & Down.. eventually. Finish with heel!
