This gives us the opportunity to:
• Go through your hair history properly
• Carry out strand tests
• Perform patch tests for your safety
• Assess the condition and integrity of your hair
• Make sure your desired look is realistically achievable

Your hair’s health will always come first 🤍

If, after testing, we feel your expectations can’t be achieved safely or without compromising your hair, we will be completely honest and advise against proceeding with that service. We would never carry out a service knowing we can’t achieve the result you’re hoping for.

However, we will always try to find a compromise or create a plan to work towards your goal safely over time ✨
