So I can now officially say the Clinic is ready to welcome you all! I'm so happy with how it's come together and a huge thank you to Liz Allen, Matt, Lukas Woolley and Steve for helping to move all the furniture and all the support! A massive thank you to Alison King and James for their DIY skills and above all, Joanne Martin for being my best friend and being there for the transformation from the beginning!!

I have videos of the rooms but you can wait to see it in person 🤣. Here's a teaser!

Introducing Jo 💛

Jo specialises in all things lymphatic. She is an NHS qualified Decongestive Lymphatic Therapist and is a registered member of MLDuk. She diagnoses and offers full wraparound care for Lymphoedema and Lipoedema and also supports patients post-surgery. She is a manual lymphatic drainage specialist and also a qualified remedial & sports therapist incorporating scar massagebto many of her treatments.

The Lymphatic System is her passion and you can find out more about what she does at www.trayah.uk. You can also follow her page to find out more about how she can support you! You do not have to have a medical condition to see her – she also supports many people for general wellness.

In April Jo will be joined by Ali who is a registered nurse but who is taking early retirement from the NHS after 35 years of working in Solihull where she's been managing post-operative wards. Ali will be supporting clients for everything except remedial & sports massage. She is also a Decongestive Lymphatic Therapist and will be registered with MLDuk and looks forward to supporting her local community.

Well that's it folks!

Not only is the clinic now closed for Christmas and the New Year but it's the end of an era! My residential clinic is now closed and the final tweaks and removals to the new space can get underway.

I'd often dreamed of taking on rooms and expanding but through fear would always shy away. Clients would say I need to take someone on but my reply would always be, "Trayah is my heart and soul, born from my own personal struggles and no one would ever have the same ethics, passion, compassion and work ethic that I do."

Then Ali came into my world almost 2 years ago and my world changed! I'm so looking forward to her joining me and the Trayah Team becoming 3 (along with Widge of course!).

I am so grateful to Liz from for thinking enough of me to let me share her space. She's an amazing woman and an incredible hairdresser!

So, all that is left to say is MERRY CHRISTMAS! I hope you all have a fantastic time and most importantly a rest!

Thank you for all your continued support and I can't wait to welcome you to the new space when the Clinic reopens on Friday 2 Jan. Now....I must remember to put my out of office on!
