NO DOG LEFT BEHIND! 🐾

Today we were called out to Whittington, Worcester, following a breakdown, and we were with Serena within just 30 minutes!

But Serena had one big worry… what was going to happen to her beloved pup, Dylan?

Well, at Worcester Transport Services, we recover the WHOLE family!

We literally scooped Dylan up and got him safely on board, where he settled in as our very own Passenger Prince in the back! Meanwhile, our recovery pup Lucy was relaxing in her front-seat princess seat, as usual. Two VIP passengers, both travelling in comfort!

Serena was shocked to hear that some recovery agents leave family dogs inside the broken-down vehicle while it's being transported on the back of the recovery truck. For our four-legged friends, that can be a frightening and daunting experience.

We believe your pets deserve to travel with you, not be left behind.

At Worcester Transport Services, we're proud to be dog-friendly. We know your pets are family, and when you're already dealing with the stress of a breakdown, worrying about your furry best friend is the last thing you need.

Why choose us?

✅ We were with Serena within 30 minutes.
✅ Our recovery truck has 7 seats, with room for the whole family.
✅ Dog-friendly recovery, because no family member gets left behind.
✅ A prompt, comfortable and reassuring service when you need it most.

A huge thank you to Serena for trusting us today and sharing her experience. We hope you and Dylan are both safely home and back to normal!

🐾 LUCY LOVES MEETING NEW PEOPLE ON HER JOURNEYS! 🐾

Our little WTS passenger Lucy is always making new friends wherever she goes!

On one of her recent journeys, she was lucky enough to meet Dean from Deano’s Grub Shack. 🌭🍔

As you can see, Lucy was very happy with her visit!

Although… she’s already made her demands very clear…

Next time, she wants BACON! 🥓🤣

She might be the home/office dog, but she definitely knows how to work the customers for a snack! 😅

🚨 THIS ONE WAS A CHALLENGE… BUT NOT FOR WORCESTER TRANSPORT SERVICES! 🚨

This one ticked all the boxes…

🔒 Locked in Park
🔒 Steering locked
🔒 Electric handbrake applied
🧱 Parked tight against a wall

This one needed everything we had — but with the right equipment, experience and a little bit of patience, we got the job done safely and professionally. 💪

We temporarily closed the road as it was on a difficult junction to allow us to recover the vehicle safely and with minimal disruption, before using our special AMS Recovery skates to carefully recover the vehicle from the customer’s driveway.

From there, it was safely transported to Sytner Worcester for repairs. 🚛

We love a challenge, and this one definitely provided one! 😎

Whether your vehicle is locked in park, has a locked steering system, electric handbrake or is completely immobilised, Worcester Transport Services has the equipment and experience to help.

👋 ABOUT ME

I’ve never really put my face to the name, so I thought it was about time I introduced myself properly.

I’m Dale — the face behind Worcester Transport Services.

After 13 years working in the motor trade, I reached a point where I wanted more from life. In January 2024, I took the biggest step I’d made and left my job to build something of my own — something I could be proud of and, ultimately, something more fulfilling.

With a lifelong passion for cars, a love of driving and years of relationships and experience within the motor trade, vehicle recovery just seemed like the natural direction to take.

So, Worcester Transport Services was born.

And I honestly haven’t looked back.

It hasn’t always been easy. Like any business, there are long days, long nights, stressful weeks and plenty of challenges along the way. But every time the phone rings and someone needs our help, it reminds me exactly why I started.

Every job is different. Every vehicle brings its own challenge, and every job teaches me something new.

Whether it’s a simple vehicle collection, a breakdown in the middle of the night, a vehicle that’s completely immobilised or a job that requires a little more thought and equipment — I always make it my mission to get the job done properly, professionally and with as little hassle for the customer as possible.

I’m incredibly proud of how far the business has come in such a short space of time, and even more proud of the reputation we’re building along the way.

There’s still a long way to go, plenty more to learn and plenty more goals I want to achieve.

But this is only the beginning. 🚛

Thank you to everyone who has supported me, recommended us, used us, worked with us or simply shared one of our posts.

It genuinely means a lot. 🫶
