If it's time and this is your surgery - please go and get checked!!

And don't forget the dog cooling mats! Keep them in the fridge and then cover the affected region (gold stars if done whilst deep breathing and elevating the limb!). Also if you're struggling to cool your core temperature - bowl of cold water and soak your feet. Bliss!
