Correct structure is important because it:

• prevents lifting and breakage
• protects the natural nail
• creates a more elegant, balanced look
• makes enhancements safer and more comfortable to wear

Every nail grows differently: downward, upward, sideways, flat, curved and one technique does NOT fit all. That’s why I customize every set individually to your nail growth pattern and structure.

• consultation
• preparation/setup
• treatment time
• clean up & sanitising before the next client

Every treatment is tailored individually depending on lashes, nails, skin, previous work, maintenance and many other factors. Because of this, appointments may sometimes take less or more time than shown on the booking system.

Please don’t feel that less care or attention has been given if your appointment finishes earlier than the estimated time, every client receives the same level of care, detail and attention throughout their treatment 🤍

Please arrive on time, not early.
I try to keep small breaks between clients to eat, drink, reset and prepare properly for the next appointment.

If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may need to be cancelled and the full charge will apply.
