Valerie
Empowering women to live fully & freely. Your perimenopause is the least interesting thing about you.
We enable every woman to reclaim their health, take control of their bodies and make midlife maxlife.
You walk into a room and immediately forget why.
You lose words halfway through sentences.
You reread the same email three times.
And secretly?
You start wondering if you’re losing your edge.
A lot of women blame themselves for this.
But hormonal shifts can affect:
🧠 cognition
🧠 memory
🧠 focus
🧠 mental clarity
🧠 stress resilience
You are not stupid.
You are not lazy.
And honestly?
You probably need more support than another to-do list.
Comment 🫠 if your brain currently has 47 tabs open.
You’re tired all day.
Then suddenly wide awake at 3am replaying your entire life like it’s a Netflix box set.
You try magnesium.
Earlier nights.
Less caffeine.
More water.
Breathing exercises you immediately forget to do.
But something still feels... off.
A lot of women in their late 30s and 40s get told this is “just stress.”
Sometimes it’s deeper than that.
Sometimes your body is changing faster than you realise.
And honestly?
No one explains this properly.
Valerie exists for this exact moment.
Not the diagnosis.
The confusion before it.
The “why do I suddenly feel unlike myself?” phase.
You are not lazy.
You are not failing.
And you are definitely not the only one.
Comment “ME” if this feels painfully familiar.
We’ve normalised feeling terrible.
Tired but wired.
Snappy.
Flat.
Anxious for no clear reason.
And we’ve labelled it:
“Stress”
“Burnout”
“Just life”
But what if that’s not the full picture?
Hormonal changes can impact:
Mood
Anxiety
Sleep
Focus
Emotional resilience
Yet most women aren’t told this until much later.
So they push through.
This Mental Health Week, we’re saying it differently:
Mental health matters.
But so does understanding why you feel the way you do.
If something feels off, it probably is.
Speak to someone.
Ask questions.
Get curious about your body, not critical of it.
And please - don’t just power through.
Everyone’s talking about raving in your 40s right now.
But hang on… some of us never stopped?
While the world’s been busy labelling this stage of life, crew have been out there - dancing, connecting, letting go.
Don’t make this a trend....
One of our favourite women, is taking it up and down the country next.
Because this isn’t about going back to “old” you.
It’s finding a new more powerful version of yourself in your “no f*cks era”!

I’m not dramatic.
I’m depleted.”
“I’m not spiralling.
I’m tired.”
We’ve ditched the P-word.
Over the past year, we’ve spoken to hundreds of women and kept hearing the same thing:
“I don’t feel like myself”… followed quickly by “but it’s not perimenopause.”
That gap is the problem.
The symptoms are there.
The shift is happening.
But the label isn’t landing.
And if the label doesn’t land, support gets delayed.
We’re focused on how you actually feel and not a label

I’m not annoyed.
I’m done with BS.”
“I’m not tired.
I’m running on empty.”
We’ve ditched the P-word.
Because you shouldn’t have to wait until things get worse to take it seriously.
Pushing through isn’t a solution.
It’s just what women have been taught to do.
You deserve to feel clear. Calm. Like yourself again.
Not “fine.” Not “coping.”
Actually good.
Send this to someone who keeps saying “I’m fine” but might not be.

“I’m not anxious.
I’m just on edge.”
“I’m not fine.
I’m functioning.”
We’ve ditched the P-word.
Because most women don’t see themselves in it - so they wait.
But the symptoms are already here.
And your body needs support now, not later.
That’s exactly why we built the system differently:
AM: clarity, energy, focus
PM: calm, switch off, real sleep
One works with your day.
One helps you recover from it.
No guesswork. No juggling 10 supplements.
Just what your body actually needs - when it needs it.

I wanted to follow up on yesterday, because whenever a brand says they’re “changing”, it can raise a few questions.
To be super clear- the actual products haven’t changed.
Not the ingredients.
Not the formulations.
Not the way they support your energy, mood, sleep or resilience.
Everything we’ve built and everything you trust stays exactly the same.
What we’ve changed is how we are talking about it.
Because I don’t think you should have to wait until something has a name before you do something about it. If you feel off, that’s enough. That’s the whole shift.
It’s still the same Valerie, just clearer about who it’s for, and when it matters.
