Flow Holistic Therapy
Offering a gentle, nurturing approach to massage, I work intuitively, ‘listening’ with my heart

Breath awareness is a small act with a big impact.
When we pause to feel the movement of breathing, we step out of overwhelm and back into presence.
It’s a reminder that beneath the noise and the emotional waves, there’s a grounded part of us always waiting to be felt. That’s the home we return to.

One of the most important things I’ve learned on my own journey is this:
The body is always communicating.
Pain, tension, fatigue, overwhelm — these are often signals, not failures.
I haven’t just learnt this through my training and work as a holistic therapist. I’ve learnt it through my own personal experience and my own journey of learning to listen to my body.
For a long time, I thought my body was something I needed to push through, fix or overcome. I’ve gradually learnt to approach it with more curiosity, compassion and kindness.
And that’s something I bring into the way I work with my clients too.
Part of holistic therapy is learning to listen to your body with compassion instead of frustration.
Your body is not working against you. It’s communicating with you. 🤍

Thank you, Bob, for such a lovely review. 💚
I’m so pleased to hear that you enjoyed your breathwork session.
One of the things I love about facilitating breathwork is being able to notice the subtle changes that can happen during a session.
I pay attention to how you arrive and how you leave – your energy, your mood, your body language and, of course, your breathing.
There’s something really special about watching someone gradually soften, settle and reconnect with themselves.
And I especially love seeing people leave a session looking calmer, more grounded and more at ease than when they arrived. 🌿
Thank you for trusting me to hold that space for you, Bob. 🤍

If you live with anxiety, you know how exhausting it can be—the racing thoughts, the tension in your body, the constant “on edge” feeling. Massage may not take all of that away, but it can give you a much-needed pause.
Through gentle, calming touch, massage helps your body release tension and signals your nervous system that it’s safe to relax. It can lower stress hormones, slow your racing mind, and create a sense of calm you can carry with you beyond the session.
You deserve to feel grounded and at ease. Massage therapy can be a supportive part of your journey—helping you find moments of peace in the middle of the chaos. 🌿💆♀️

What actually happens during an Indian head massage? 🌿
Indian head massage is about so much more than just your head!
My treatment includes massage of your:
✨ Upper back and shoulders
✨ Arms
✨ Neck
✨ Scalp
✨ Face
✨ Ears
I use rhythmic, flowing movements alongside gentle pressure on traditional acupressure points known as Marma points.
The treatment takes place comfortably in a seated position. I use massage oil on your upper back, shoulders and arms, and if you’re happy for me to, I can also use oil in your hair during the scalp massage.
To finish, I use a gorgeous, lightweight TempleSpa facial oil for the facial massage – one of my favourite parts of the treatment. 💚
It’s a wonderful treatment if you’re looking for some time to slow down, switch off and receive some nurturing touch.
Ready to give your head, neck and shoulders some love?

A little tip before your massage… 💧
Arriving well hydrated can help make your treatment more comfortable.
When you’re dehydrated, your muscles can feel tighter and less supple. This can mean that more pressure is needed during massage, which may leave you feeling more tender afterwards.
So, if you’ve got a massage booked, keep sipping your water beforehand. 💦
It’s a simple way to help your body feel more comfortable and ready to receive the treatment.
Hydrate, relax, and let yourself be looked after. 💚

One of my favourite moments during an acupressure facial massage… ✨
The moment I mist your skin with TempleSpa’s Toning Essence.
After gently cleansing your face, I use this beautiful alcohol-free tonic mist to remove any final traces of cleanser and impurities, leaving your skin feeling fresh, clean and beautifully prepared for the nourishing facial oil that comes next. 💚
And the fragrance? Absolutely gorgeous.
It’s inspired by a Mediterranean summer salad, with juicy tomato, zesty lemon and orange, melon, rosemary, basil, mandarin, lime and just a hint of ginger. 🍋🍅🌿
It’s such a refreshing little moment in the treatment – and one that leaves your skin feeling revitalised and ready for the next stage.
And if you fall in love with it (which happens quite often!), I stock the full TempleSpa range, so you can bring a little bit of that treatment-room magic into your own skincare routine at home.
Just ask me about it at your next appointment. 💚

One of the things I think is really important when you book a holistic treatment is knowing that having a health condition, injury or other concern doesn’t automatically mean you can’t have massage.
There are actually very few situations where massage is completely off the table. For example, if you have an infectious illness, I wouldn’t be able to treat you until you’re well again.
For many other situations, it’s more about how we adapt the treatment.
Before your appointment, I’ll ask about anything that might affect your treatment. We can then work together to make a plan that feels safe and comfortable for you.
That might mean:
✨ avoiding a particular area of the body
✨ changing the position you’re lying or sitting in
✨ adjusting the pressure or techniques I use
✨ shortening or adapting part of the treatment
✨ choosing a different treatment altogether
✨ or deciding that today isn’t the right day for treatment
This is sometimes called working around a local contraindication – basically, there’s an area or circumstance that means I need to change what I do, rather than stopping the whole treatment.
I don’t believe in taking a “one size fits all” approach.
Your body, your circumstances and your needs are unique. My job is to listen, ask questions and work with you to find the safest and most supportive way for us to proceed.
And if I’m not confident that a treatment is appropriate, I’ll always be honest with you. Your safety comes first. 💚
If you’re wondering whether something you’re living with means you can have a massage, reiki or breathwork session, please feel free to get in touch and ask. You don’t need to decide for yourself whether you’re “allowed” to have a treatment. We can talk it through together.

One of the things I hear most often is:
“That was so much more than a massage.”
And that’s exactly the intention.
Massage can help relieve pain and tension, but it can also help regulate the nervous system, calm the mind, and create space to simply breathe again.
Your body holds so much.
Sometimes it just needs support to let go safely.

Feeling anxious about getting undressed for a treatment? 💚
You’re not alone. For some people, getting undressed can feel vulnerable or uncomfortable – and I want you to know that you always have a choice.
I offer a range of treatments that require little or no un******ng:
💙 Reiki and breathwork – carried out fully clothed
💙 Eastern foot massage – just your lower legs and feet need to be accessible, so loose trousers can simply be rolled up
💙 Indian head massage and acupressure facial massage – these only require access to your upper shoulders, neck and head
And for any treatment, you never have to remove anything you’re not comfortable taking off.
I’ll explain what would be helpful for the treatment, but I can often work around clothing if keeping it on helps you feel more relaxed.
Because your comfort isn’t an afterthought.
Feeling safe, secure and in control is at the heart of the way I work. 🌿
