Unfortunately, some appointments are still being missed and last-minute cancellations. As a small business, this has a impact on my time and income but also could have been taken from another appointment as on a Saturday I often has high demand even waiting lists.

Please if you book an appointment, I kindly ask that you attend as scheduled. If you are unable to make your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule wherever possible. This allows me the opportunity to offer your appointment to another client,
