The start of September can feel busy, especially if you have kids who are starting or returning to school, or if you are a teacher getting back into the rhythm.

Whatever your lifestyle, taking time just to be, to allow the vibrations and sounds of crystal singing bowls, chimes and the ocean drum wash over you and lull you into a state of ‘rest and digest’, guiding brainwaves into an alpha or theta state, will be of benefit to you both during and after the session, helping you to feel lighter and more balanced, ready to take on new challenges in the upcoming week.
