🌕 Buck Full Moon🌕

Tonight’s Buck Full Moon marks a special milestone for me — the 12th full moon of my teaching journey.

Last year just a dream.
Since then, so many wonderful people have walked through the door, and taken a chance on themselves.

Thank you for showing up, even when you felt nervous.
Thank you for trying, exploring, wobbling, laughing, learning, and returning.
Thank you for trusting me to guide you and allowing me to share the gift of yoga with you.

It has been a privilege to watch your journeys unfold. I’ve loved seeing you buy your first mat, claim your favourite place in the room, discover what your body can do, and begin to build a practice that is uniquely yours.

You have taught me as much as I have taught you, and I am deeply grateful for every conversation, every shared breath, every challenge, and every moment of growth.

Under this full moon, I celebrate not only a year of teaching, but a year of connection, courage, and commitment.

Keep coming back. I’ll keep the hearth warm, the candles lit, and the fire burning for all who need a place to pause, move, breathe, and belong.
