✨ New Class Announcement! ✨

I’m so excited to be starting a weekly class every Thursday at 2pm at Kyndfolk, Gheluvelt Park, Worcester.

The lovely team at .folk have kindly offered their beautiful community space, and if you already know them, you’ll know they’re doing amazing things for the local community 💛

Come for the yoga, stay for their delicious (guilt-free!) treats afterwards — you’ll have earned them, I promise 😉

✨ No experience needed — complete beginners are very welcome. Just bring yourself and wear something comfy.
