As we enter our extremely busy period of the year, we would like to remind you of our cancelltions policy if you are unable to attend your appointment please give us at least 48 hours notice we do have a list of clients awaiting slots so we are at times able to fill them

However when it’s left last minute the chances of filling them are slim

Therefore if appointments are missed or cancelled within 48hours you will be charged 50% of your treatment

Anyone who knows us knows we hate to do this however when your self employed and have last minute cancellations we don’t get paid but more so we know we could fill them with people waiting for appointments if given more time to contact them
