How do I prep my skin for micro needling?

-Stop any actives 7 days prior to your booked treatment.
-This also includes any AHAs and BHAs, retinoids, retinols, any exfoliants!
-Avoid sun exposure 7 days prior to treatment - this includes sun beds!
-Avoid waxing and threading prior to treatment

Doing these can cause irritation, delay the healing process and your results, risk over sensitising the skin!

Main focus is barrier support and a good routine - this includes a gentle cleanse, moisturiser and most importantly SPF!
