Zen Den Worthing

Looking for something restorative to do in Worthing this Sunday? 🌿

Tomorrow, the Coming Out of the Blue Wellness Exhibition is taking place at The Charmandean Centre. It’s a wonderful local event designed to bring people together, share knowledge, and explore fresh approaches to physical and mental wellbeing.

What’s on throughout the day:
• Talks and workshops from holistic & health practitioners
• Discovering local therapists, wellbeing services, and support networks
• Connecting with a welcoming, like-minded community

Huge shout out to one of my brilliant clients who is bringing something truly exciting to West Sussex!

She is a professional circus artist offering fantastic classes for adults, kids, and families—from beginner handstands, balance & mobility, to AcroYoga and women's calisthenics. Absolutely no experience is needed.

Whether you've always wanted to balance upside down or you're just looking for a fun new way to build strength and mobility, check out her page and show her some love:

Corporate wellness perks are often underutilised—especially when it comes to massage.
Many UK corporate health insurance schemes and cash plans (including Simplyhealth, Westfield Health, Medicash, and Bupa Cash Plans) provide dedicated annual allowances for physical therapies, covering clinical remedial and sports massage treatments.
For professionals managing postural strain, repetitive desk fatigue, or sports-related tension, these policies exist to help you stay mobile, focused, and pain-free.

Reserve an appointment for Remedial, Sports, or Deep Tissue therapy at Zen Den Worthing with a qualified Level 5 practitioner.

Turns out deep tissue techniques don't work on weathered timber.

Come and tell me if my massage skills are better than my decorating skills.

A very special client came to see me today... 🐦✨

Had a VIP fly-in appointment! I'm completely equipped for sports injuries and tight shoulders, but I think I might need slightly smaller hands for deep tissue work on a wren.

Clearly, the relaxing vibes in the treatment room are extending beyond the humans, and this little one heard the Zen Den was the best spot in town to de-stress!

Don't worry, after a quick 'consultation' on the face cradle, they safely found their way back outside. Safe travels back to the wild, little friend! 🌿🌳💆‍♂️

Still buzzing from the Out of the Blue event! 🌊 A massive thank you to everyone who stopped by the stand, chatted with me, and supported my work. It was incredible getting to connect with so many of you in person!

I am so excited to announce that I’ll be part of The Coming Out of the Blue Wellness Exhibition! 🧘‍♂️✨

This event is all about "Bridging the Gap" in wellness, and I’ll be there. Zen Den Worthing

If you’re in the Worthing area, I’d love for you to stop by and say hi.

The only thing better than a chocolate egg? Massage 🐰🐣

Step out of the chaos and into my tranquil sanctuary. You deserve a treat that lasts longer than a sugar rush.

I've got you covered. A Zen Den massage voucher is the ultimate way to show you care. It’s thoughtful, local, and guaranteed to be their favourite gift this year.

Funny how some platforms now want you to pay to avoid ads or accept being targeted…
At Zen Den Worthing, I keep things simpler — you only pay for your massage, never for the privilege of booking it.
No hidden extras, just honest, relaxing treatments. 🌿
