SMASH a brand new all over body workout! Come and smash your way to a rockin new you!!!!
Using drumsticks SMASH STIX we aim to provide the ultimate fitness and musical experience to men, women and children. Our instructors will take you through a challenging series of exercises to work every major muscle group combining cardio and resistance training whilst smashing out to your favourite commercial tracks, old and new. The repetition combined with the light weights in the form of wrist weights when you are feeling really up for it sculpt your muscles whilst also burning fat, building strength and stamina. The drumming motion really sets it apart from other classes as you are forced to engage your abdominals and back muscles continuously building core strength thoughout the 45 minute stallion of a class.
