As a small, self-employed beauty business, our time is our livelihood. When an appointment is booked, that time is reserved especially for you — which means we are unable to offer it to someone else.

We completely understand that things can happen and sometimes appointments need to be changed. However, no-shows and last-minute cancellations are becoming increasingly difficult for us, and unfortunately they can have a real impact on our business.

Going forward, we may need to introduce a cancellation/no-show charge for appointments cancelled at short notice or missed without notice.

We really appreciate your understanding and support. 💕 Please remember that when you book an appointment with us, you are booking our time, not just a treatment.
