Important Client Update ✨
To my clients, I want to start by saying a huge thank you for your ongoing support of my small business.
Over the past 2 weeks, I have experienced a high number of very last-minute cancellations.
As a small business relying on a single income and with it being the school holidays, my hours of work are significantly shortened due to childcare so missed appointments have a huge impact on my livelihood.
To protect my business and keep things running smoothly, I am introducing a formal cancellation policy.
(I have had one in place but I needed to re document it.)
I completely understand that emergencies and sudden illnesses happen however, moving forward, any appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice will incur a 50% fee of the total appointment cost.
I really hate doing it but have to protect my business.
From now on I will be sending a message 48 hours prior to your upcoming appointment as a reminder.

To my valued clients, my salon will be closed from Friday 7th August and re open on Thursday 13th August .
Please message if you would like to get booked in before, I have a few appointments available but will work extended hours if required

I have 2 appointments left next week if anyone would like to book.
11:15 Tuesday suitable for a wash cut and blow dry
10am Thursday suitable for a colour .

Spent most of my weekend giving my salon a refresh paint

Just got home from out of hours doctors appointment and I have laryngitis, after having very little voice for 4 weeks I have been told to go on voice rest ( for the people that know me well this will be torture for me 🤣)
I will still be working but won't be able to have much conversation so I do apologise in advance.
