January 2018. That's my "before", and yes, I turned the lighting up on purpose so you can see it properly.
Seborrheic dermatitis had my skin red, flaky and uneven. Every morning I put on two coats of tinted moisturiser just to look normal.
That isn't a routine. That's damage control.
So I did what an engineer does. I stopped guessing, stripped everything back and built a simple system my skin could actually recover on.
The "after" is the same skin. It just isn't fighting anymore.
