as Rune’s storefront closes, I look back to the year and a half we were here. I’ve met new people, new customers, new friends. I’ve had new experiences, good and bad. I did what I came here to do, I lived my dream. and for that, I am forever grateful.

This is a post I’ve been sitting with for a long time, and even now it doesn’t feel easy to write. After some long talks and late nights thinking and rethinking and rethinking some more, I’ve come to the very tough conclusion that the era of Rune is nearing its end.

This business has been my whole world for nearly six years. What started in 2020 as an idea that floated around in my diary one too many times, somehow became something bigger than I could’ve ever imagined. This space has held so many memories, long days, growth, life lessons, and so much of my heart.

I’ve wrestled with this decision for months, but as Rune’s era ends, the next chapter in my life will be about focusing on my health and my family. As much as I’ve loved every step of the journey Rune has taken me on, it’s time for the next journey in my life to begin.

This chapter changed me. It taught me courage, resilience, and what it truly means to build something from nothing.

Our final day will be on April 30, and I hope to see you before we close this chapter and as we celebrate this incredible era in the coming months. Thank you for supporting me, believing in this brand, and being part of something that meant so much to me.
