For Women’s Haven®, that person is Meredith Johnson-Evans.

Meredith joined Women’s Haven® as Co-Founder in April 2018 and has been instrumental in helping shape the company’s growth from its early days into the regional brand it is today.

Based in The Bahamas, Meredith brings together engineering expertise, strategic leadership, and a passion for empowering women. Her ability to manage complex projects while helping drive Women’s Haven®’s regional expansion has made her an invaluable part of the leadership team.

As Co-Founder & Vice President, Meredith works alongside Founder Melesia Adderley to strengthen Women’s Haven®’s operations, support expansion into new markets, and ensure the organization remains focused on its mission of educating communities, breaking menstrual stigma, and improving access to safer, organic feminine care products.

Her leadership, dedication, and commitment continue to help build a stronger future for women and girls across the Caribbean.

Every movement begins with someone who sees a problem and decides to become part of the solution.

For Women’s Haven®, that person is Melesia Adderley.

In November 2017, what began as a personal search for healthier feminine care products became a much bigger mission—to transform how menstrual health is understood, discussed, and supported across the Caribbean.

Driven by a passion for women’s health, education, and entrepreneurship, Melesia founded Women’s Haven® with the vision of creating more than just a feminine care brand. She set out to build a company that would educate communities, break the stigma surrounding menstruation, advocate for menstrual equity, and provide women and girls with access to safer, organic feminine care products.

Today, Women’s Haven® has grown into the first female Caribbean-owned organic feminine care brand of its kind, serving customers in more than 12 countries and over 100 retail locations while continuing to expand its impact throughout the region.

As Founder & President, Melesia continues to lead Women’s Haven® with a commitment to innovation, education, advocacy, and empowering women through knowledge and access.
