Since 2018, annual team training has been an important part of our culture at Urban Oasis. Each year, we intentionally invest in the growth and development of our team because we understand that exceptional service begins with knowledgeable, confident and empowered professionals.
This year’s transformative session with consultant Michael A.T. Stewart focused on the powerful theme: “See the Brand. Be the Brand.”
It reminded us that our brand is more than a name or logo—it is reflected in our attitudes, appearance, teamwork and every experience we create for our clients.

From 1–3 September, Urban Oasis will be closing slightly earlier at 3:00 PM while our team takes part in dedicated training and development.
We’re investing this time into sharpening our skills, expanding our knowledge and making sure we continue delivering the level of service and experience you deserve. 🤍
