Who Dont have Afros or Kinky hair will never understand. So here it goes My reason for Using Wigs And Weeves. Most fro takes 1 month to reach 1/2 inches in length. So imagine everyday you combing De for 😡😡
So Firstly:
Today Am feeling the colour blue, I want my hair in blue but the thing is the hair bleach and dye will damage my hair. So I get me a wig I can bleach it when I want and how I want, the chemical does not affect the wig...Can't say the same for my natural hair, the chemical can also affect my health and damages the quality of my hair and makes my roots weak and easy to break. For ppl that bleached and permed they hair, what you would find is that after continuously using these chemical your hair becomes thinner and break very easily while combing, p.s. age is a big and contributing factor.
Now it is because I love my Afro I choose not to allow chemicals to get anywhere near it....the wig can endure that till it done.
Secondly
Weeve saves precious time. Now, sometimes the fro can take a very long time to set itself. Waking up every morning to comb hair when I have to prepare for work Is time consuming, so what I does is braid the fro, My problem there is solved, The time I usually spent on combing my hair every morning will go towards doing something else. Ps the less time you spent combing the fro the less headaches you will have, that Is just the fact. Furthermore, let's say you do manage to style the fro in 5-10 mins in a popular puff or a one, now this is quick, but now your back home in the afternoon and all moisture is lost, now you have to spend approximately 2 hrs to comb out, add moisturizer and plait in some famous biscuits braids (God I hate those )or cornrows.

Braiding also allows you to rest the pasture, which gives the grass (fro)time to grow. Do you ever wonder why the Rastafarians have longer hair?
Best alternative is to put your fro in protective styles. Most of my customer's see the changes with the protective and non protective styling. Try it some times.
