a unique approach to yoga Namascara Rocks is a new and unique outlook on yoga. We stem from Raja Dhiraja, which uses the present day form of Ashtanga yoga.
At Namascara Rocks we blend Ashtanga and Hatha Yoga to form classes, which are a mix of dynamic flow, restorative, poses and light meditation. Namascara Rocks is has a unique take on music within classes, to provide extreme energy and relaxation. We don't use mirrors.
