📊 JUST RELEASED: APAC Voices of Experience 2026
What's really happening inside the region's CX and EX functions?

We asked. They answered.

Over 108 CX and EX leaders across 8 Asia Pacific markets—from Singapore to Sydney, Mumbai to Manila—have shared where they're investing, what's keeping them up at night, and the uncomfortable truths many organisations aren't ready to face.

The Ipsos ASIA PACIFIC Voices of Experience 2026 report is our most comprehensive pulse check yet on the state of experience management in the region.

What we uncovered:
🔹 The Maturity Gap — 52% of APAC organisations sit at 'Practised' level, but only 4% have reached 'Leading'—a third of the global rate.
🔹 The Authenticity Gap — Just 55% believe they deliver the same value to employees as they do to customers. The brand promise isn't matching the lived reality.
🔹 The AI Scepticism — AI adoption is accelerating, but measurable returns remain elusive, and governance lags behind implementation.
🔹 The Financial Leap — Despite 46% reporting CX-driven financial improvement, only 15% can demonstrate CX-linked ROI.

Over the coming weeks, we'll unpack each of these themes with deeper analysis and actionable perspectives from our experts. This isn't just a report. It's a strategic mirror for every experience leader in the region.
