SEPTEMBER IN HVAR HITS DIFFERENT
Less crowds. Warm sea. Slower days.
September in Hvar has a different rhythm.
The sea is still warm, the summer crowds begin to disappear and the islands feel a little quieter.
It’s the perfect time to slow down, spend a few hours on the water and enjoy the Adriatic without the peak-season rush.
⛵ Sailing around Hvar
🏝️ Pakleni Islands
🤿 Swimming in natural bays
☀️ Warm September sun
🌊 More space to simply enjoy the sea
Same Hvar. A little more space to enjoy it.

⛵ SHARED OR PRIVATE SAILING — WHICH ONE IS RIGHT FOR YOU?
Both are great ways to experience Hvar from the sea — the difference is in the atmosphere.
👥 Shared sailing
Perfect if you enjoy meeting other travellers and like a relaxed small-group vibe. You share the boat, the swimming stops and the experience with a few other guests.
🛥️ Private sailing
Ideal for couples, families or groups of friends who want the boat to themselves, more privacy and a day that feels completely their own.
Whichever you choose, the essentials stay the same:
🌊 beautiful Adriatic scenery
🏝️ time around the Pakleni Islands
🤿 swimming in natural bays
⛵ sailing whenever conditions allow
☀️ plenty of time to relax
Same Adriatic. Different experience.
Choose the way you want to experience Hvar.

WHAT DOES A HALF-DAY SAIL ACTUALLY LOOK LIKE?
⛵ 4 hours around Hvar and the Pakleni Islands — with time to actually enjoy the sea.
A typical half-day trip includes:
🌊 Departure from Hvar
We leave the harbour and head toward the Pakleni Islands, sailing whenever conditions allow.
🏝️ Pakleni Islands
We cruise through this beautiful island group just off Hvar, with the exact route adapted to the conditions that day.
🤿 Two swimming stops in natural bays
We stop twice in carefully chosen natural bays where you can swim, snorkel, float or simply relax in the water.
☀️ Time to slow down
No rushing from place to place. The idea is to enjoy the sea, the boat and the surroundings.
⛵ Return to Hvar
After the second swim, we head back toward Hvar — under sail whenever the wind is right.
The exact bays can change depending on wind, sea conditions and boat traffic, but the experience stays the same:
Pakleni Islands, two swims in natural bays and a relaxed few hours on the Adriatic.

⛵ MORNING OR AFTERNOON SAILING — WHICH ONE SHOULD YOU CHOOSE?
Both can be a great way to experience Hvar from the sea — it really depends on how you want your day to feel.
☀️ Morning sailing
A fresh start, usually a calmer atmosphere and plenty of time left to enjoy Hvar after the trip.
🌊 Afternoon sailing
Warmer part of the day, more time for swimming and a relaxed return toward Hvar later in the afternoon.
There is no single “best” time to sail.
Wind and sea conditions change from day to day, so the experience can be different every time — and that’s part of what makes sailing special.
The best choice is the one that fits your plans.
Same sea. Different vibe.

⛵ SMALL GROUPS. BIG MEMORIES.
A sailing day is never just about the route.
It’s about the people you share it with — the laughs on board, the swim stops, the sunshine, the clear water and the relaxed moments between the islands.
That’s why we love small-group sailing in Hvar.
Less crowd. More connection. More memories. 💙

⛵ Never sailed before? That’s absolutely fine.
Most of our guests don’t have any sailing experience — and they don’t need it.
Your skipper takes care of the boat, while you decide how you want to spend the day.
☀️ Relax on deck
🌊 Jump in for a swim
🏝️ Enjoy the bays and islands
⛵ Watch how sailing works
🙌 Or simply do absolutely nothing for a while
And if you’re curious, you can always ask your skipper about the boat, the wind or the basics of sailing.
There’s no test. No experience required.
Just come ready to enjoy the Adriatic.

⛵ What if there’s no wind?
No wind doesn’t mean no trip.
If sailing conditions are right, we raise the sails.
If the wind is too light, we use the engine and continue the day comfortably.
That means you still get:
🌊 time at sea
🏝️ beautiful bays
🤿 swimming stops
☀️ a relaxed day around Hvar
Because the experience is about more than wind —
it’s about enjoying the sea.

🌊 Why we don’t promise one exact bay
Because the sea changes every day — and that’s part of the beauty of sailing.
The best place to swim is not always the same place.
Our skipper chooses the route and swimming stop based on the conditions that day:
🌬️ wind direction
🌊 waves and sea state
☀️ weather
⚓ boat traffic
👥 how crowded the bays are
That means we don’t follow the exact same route every day.
Instead, we look for the place that offers the best combination of calm water, beautiful surroundings and a relaxed atmosphere.
Sometimes that means a quiet bay around the Pakleni Islands.
Sometimes it means choosing a different spot to avoid wind or crowds.
⛵ The goal is not to tick off one exact location.
The goal is to give you the best possible day on the sea.
That’s one of the advantages of sailing with a local skipper who knows the area and can adapt the day to the conditions.
Different day. Different sea. Best possible bay.
