Each month, we gather for beautiful Blue Lotus Tea Ceremonies and special yoga classes with blue lotus at Alma.

Used for centuries in Ancient Egypt, Blue Lotus was cherished for its calming properties and its connection to relaxation, reflection, and inner awareness.

These gatherings are an invitation to slow down, disconnect from the noise of daily life, and reconnect with yourself through tea, meditation, reflection, and meaningful connection with other women.
