A better way to start is to refocus your self talk. Learn to appreciate and recognize the wonderful things that your body does for you everyday. Appreciate your feet that let you go to your favorite destinations and let you dance to your favorite music. Love your hands that let you do your makeup everyday, bring food to your mouth, fix your hair and clean your face. There are so many things to appreciate in our body, we just need to recognize how amazing our body is.
