From a dusky brown/purple undertone to a much softer, healthier rosy-pink tone ❤️
This is what I love about a properly planned lips neutralization, the goal is not to simply “put pink on dark lips,” but to gradually correct the underlying darkness and shift the overall undertone.
At 3 months healed, the upper lip has significantly softened from its original brownish/mauve appearance, while the lower lip has developed a more even rosy tone. There is still a little residual darkness around some areas, and that’s completely okay. It means there is still room for refinement in the next session rather than a reason to overwork the lips.
And this is where understanding pigment saturation becomes important.
More pigment does NOT automatically mean better neutralization.
A beautiful healed result comes from depositing pigment strategically and gradually, allowing the skin to heal and reveal how much color has actually been retained before deciding what needs to be corrected next.
The key to lips neutralization is patience, not overworking ✨
We don’t chase the perfect pink in one session.
We correct, heal, reassess, and build the color progressively.
Because healthy lips with beautiful healed color will always be more important than an instant, overly saturated result.
Neutralize → Heal → Reassess → Refine.
That’s the process.

One of the things I’m always grateful for in my profession is getting to know my clients beyond the treatment itself.

Terkadang, transformasi yang paling indah justru dimulai dengan sebuah perpisahan.
Banyak orang datang dengan harapan mendapatkan alis baru secepat mungkin.
Namun pada kasus ini, aku memilih untuk tidak terburu-buru.
Pigmen lama di-remove terlebih dahulu.
