This page is documenting my yoga journey. I see it as an inner journey, the evolution in the practice being an intimate act, that goes beyond postures.

If you ever forget, let me remind you how precious you are.

There is only one you. You are a unique expression of life on this Earth, with your own gifts, your own heart, and things that only you can bring into this world.

So please stop comparing yourself. Trust your heart. Trust what keeps calling you, and have the courage to create and do the things you know deep inside you are meant to do.

Nobody can express them like you can.

Sending you all so much love. 🤍

Lately, I’ve been grieving the version of myself I used to be. The version of me that felt healthy in her body, that had energy, that could move freely without having to think twice about it.

I don’t think we fully realize the infinite value of feeling well in our own bodies until that freedom is taken away from us. To wake up with energy. To move, breathe, practice, and feel your body supporting you through life. These things are such incredible gifts.

I’m trying to find my way back to the mat, but the reality is that it’s a slow and difficult process. I want to believe that one day I’ll feel as good as I did before I got sick. I don’t know when that day will come, but I’m holding on to that hope.

Until then, if you are healthy, if your body allows you to move and practice, please don’t take it for granted. Go to your mat. Move your body. Breathe deeply. Appreciate everything your body allows you to do.

Yoga practice is one of the greatest blessings you can give yourself.

Sending you all so much love. 🤍

Call me delusional, but I think it’s so important to create a romance with yourself.

To fall in love with who you are. To see yourself through the eyes of someone who truly loves you, appreciates you, and feels lucky to witness everything that makes you you.

I think we spend far too much time focusing on what we lack, what we need to change, what could be better. But what if we focused more on what we already have? Our best qualities, our little quirks, the things that make us different, the parts of ourselves that deserve to be celebrated.

There isn’t a single person in this world who doesn’t have something beautiful to notice and appreciate.

So why not choose to see it? Why not create a beautiful romance with yourself instead of constantly putting yourself down?

Sending you all much love and wishing you a beautiful weekend. 🤍

I think some of you already know how much I love being upside down🤸

I went through some of my old photos and chose 16 of my favorites from different years. Which one is your favorite, 1–16? Let me know in the comments. I’m genuinely curious to know✨

Headstand has always been one of my favorite asanas. I just feel happy upside down. I love the feeling of it, I love how I feel afterwards, and over the years I’ve had so much fun playing with different shapes and variations starting from Sirsasana.

I love looking back and seeing how this practice has followed me through the years. 🤍

There’s something I’ve always loved about exploring what the body can create. Different lines, shapes, balance, strength, flexibility, and a little bit of play. 🤍

Try this yoga shape with me and tag me if you do!

I don’t know how you guys feel about everything that is happening in the world right now, but I personally feel very overwhelmed and overstimulated by the rise of AI and the speed at which everything is changing.

Every day there is something new. Something new to learn, something new to understand, something new to adapt to. Sometimes it feels almost impossible to keep up.

And I find myself missing the days when I could simply focus on my practice. When my biggest concern was counting my breath, watching my alignment, being present in my body and spending time in nature.

I feel like our minds were never meant to process this much information, this fast, all the time.

Maybe now, more than ever, we need to consciously slow down. To return to what is natural. To our bodies, our breath, nature, presence. To remember how to be, instead of constantly feeling like we need to do and keep up.

How do you feel about all of this? I’m genuinely curious to hear your thoughts in the comments. 🤍

I really enjoyed creating this series of tutorials on how to get into different yoga shapes. I’ve always been fascinated by the geometries we can create with our bodies, and I’m so happy to see how many of you enjoyed this series too. 🤍

Give this one a try and tag me when you do!

I feel like it’s so important to have a loving and harmonious relationship with ourselves and with our bodies.

Because there will be moments when we don’t like how we look, when our bodies cannot do what we want them to do, or when we simply feel frustrated with ourselves. But I think those are exactly the moments when we need our own love and understanding the most.

It’s interesting how much patience and compassion we can have for someone we love, and yet when it comes to ourselves, we can be so critical and expect so much.

I know I can be my own worst critic. And I’m learning to change that. To speak to myself differently, to be more understanding, and to support myself instead of constantly expecting more from myself.

How about you? How is your relationship with yourself and with your body? Do you feel like it’s loving and kind, or is this something you’re still learning too?

I’m genuinely curious. Let me know in the comments how this journey is going for you. 🤍

For me, yoga and nature have always been deeply connected. I find it hard to separate them, because when I’m outside, surrounded by the elements, I feel more in tune with the rhythm of life. It reminds me that I’m part of nature, not separate from it.

And of all the elements, I feel most connected to water. There is something about being near the sea that makes me feel so alive, so free, and so much more like myself. I think that’s why I’ve always loved practicing and creating near water. 🤍

What about you? Do you prefer practicing indoors or outdoors?
