As of the 10th July 2017 clients rescheduling or cancelling appointments need to notify the salon 24 hours prior to any treatment. Due to repeat no shows and last minute cancellations we have been put in a position where a strict cancellation policy will be in place. This policy is to protect not only our business bottom line and in turn, our affordability, but also to keep things fair for all customers as we often turn away other clients that are desperate for an appointment because we are fully booked. We understand unplanned issues can come up and you may need to cancel your appointment. If this happens we respectfully ask for scheduled appointments to be cancelled within 24 hours. However if you miss your appointment, cancel or change your appointment with less than 24 hours notice, you will be charged a cancellation fee of 100% of the treatment cost charged at your next visit.
