Erica came to me looking for help with her lash lifts as her results were really inconsistent and just not giving the wow factor, leaving her feeling really underwhelmed each time the shield came off.
I can safely say she ate her 1:1 training day because LOOK at those results! Each lash lifted, isolated and curled.
We focused on proper placement of the flat pads for step 1 and shield selection to suit each eye for step 2. I couldn’t be happier with her progress, it’s insane 😍

Super busy week - finding myself on repeat & rotation, forgetting to take pics, have trained 8 students this week so far and managed to do 9 clients today between 10:30-4:30pm. One thing is for sure - we don’t hang around!

1:1 Brow Master course with the lovely Monika Lashes By Em
We learned a massive amount of theory before covering the practical side of the course, we then moved on to live model demos and learned lots.
Monika is now qualified in every brow treatment possible including
- Brow wax & tint
- Hybrid stain brows
- Brow lamination
She also knows how to map brows and is ready to add all of these treatments to her menu alongside her lash business. If you are Tuam based she does incredible lashes 😍

Kinda chic to do it all 🤎
Doing something new is always going to feel uncomfortable, one foot in front of the other is always a good place to start x
Clients travelling 1+ hour to me for a KLL & I can see why.
This technique gives that soft, lifted, “no mascara needed” look that keeps them coming back (and driving past 10 other lash techs to get here 😅)
I didn’t get booked out overnight. The first few lifts I did people didn’t really notice any difference to the traditional technique that I’d be doing for years but then something changed. All of a sudden clients were booking out my days with lash lifts as I had built a really good name in my town for doing them. Not just that but I also built a skill that people actively seek out and now I’m teaching it.
I have trialled a few different techniques, I know what works best on different eye shapes and I was once lost in the overwhelm of all the information that is so available here on this platform. I broke it all down, simplified and decided to stick to a simple routine that is foolproof. I stick to the same couple of shields as quite frankly I don’t have time to be looking through 10 different boxes.

White lashes are usually the hardest to lift because although the lashes are fine & sparse they are really resistant.
I almost always have to increase my timings like I would for thicker lashes but still keeping in mind the density of the lash, and be super careful not to damage and over process.
These particular lashes were quite short and sparse on the inner corner so paying extra attention to them was paramount. We were super happy with the result, Nikola never thought her lashes could be so long and curly.
We extraaa tinted them as the tint doesn’t hold for too long. If this type of lash is something you struggle to get a good lift on then my 1:1 in person upskill class will teach you exactly how to master it.

One skill, 45 minutes & we have lashes lifted, curled and tinted. My client usually wears mascara but her lashes don’t hold a curl and without it they are see through 👀
Well she won’t need to worry for the next 6-8 weeks as she now has the dream lashes she’s always hoped for!!
