The Longford Leader is out today and Ballymahon Honda 50 & Motorbike Fun Run cheque presentation to A New Playground for Ballymahon Action Group featuring in it.

Now full steam ahead for Ballymahon playground

The support we received for this project speaks volumes, Longford County Council and elected representatives need to make this happen, a proper playground that’s safe for children to play and enjoy in the town of Ballymahon.

South Longford motorbike event raises nearly €8,000 for new playground The local group who enjoys their Honda bikes and raising funds for local charities, presented a cheque to Ballymahon Action Group.

Ballymahon Niftys were at Nobber today, in aid of Nobber Cancer Care. Great day and great money raised for a great cause.

Our committee and friends are looking forward to presenting the proceeds from the recent Ballymahon Honda 50 & Motorbike Fun Run to A New Playground for Ballymahon Action Group.
Presentation takes place at 6pm at Peter Hanley Motors.

We are delighted with the end result. Raising over €7,500 is unbelievable.

As ye know every cent raised locally stays local and hopefully in time will benefit a lot of children from Ballymahon and surrounding areas.
