Our traditional Finnish sauna at RESET truly is a thing of beauty 😍

Most recovery rooms will use infrared saunas in their practice, but we chose to go with the traditional sauna at RESET for one simple but important, reason;

The Finnish sauna is much, much hotter than the IR sauna 🔥

The reason this is important is because when using sauna in a recovery style setting, you want the most bang for your buck 💯

You need to spend upwards of 40+ minutes in an IR, but in a recovery room, you want the instant benefits as you will also be more than likely using at least contrast therapy (hot & cold) or the various other therapies available in-room during your session 🙌

And, so, sitting in the sauna only for the full duration just isn't gonna cut it ❌️
