Hi everyone! Happy Imbolc 🌱
I’m running a Lymphatics workshop on SATURDAY 28th February, 2-4:30pm at Rise Up Dance Studio in Bray and would love to see you there.

As we’re in that transition into spring, it’s the perfect time to support your lymphatic system : your body’s natural detox and immune defence system.

The afternoon includes:
• How your lymphatic system actually works
• Practical lymphatic movement sequences
• Face massage techniques
• Body massage ball rolling for feet
• Breathwork

You’ll walk away with simple daily practices to reduce puffiness, support immunity, and feel more energized.

€65 per person - limited spaces

✨ECSTATIC DANCE✨
Come join Erika for a powerful night of slow, and embodied movement, honoring the darkness, and the slowness of the season! Reconnecting with the body, and the land to receive and be guided by the movement to tend to the seeds that are due to sprout in spring. Ireland is a land potent with wisdom and inspiration, and it is calling on its children to reconnect with her, to be guided by her medicine, by her song. Even though it is women only event, beginners to the ecstatic dance are especially welcome.

✨JANUARY CLASS SCHEDULE✨

Hi yogis and non yogis!!! Don’t forget Cara’s October mini day retreat is coming in fast! This time of year is hectic! What do you think, are you feeling the tiredness set in with school, routines, activities, darker evenings etc etc! We always think that the kids need a little day off midweek early October but the Mommies certainly need a day off!

Cara has the perfect day of pampering if you’re feeling a tad overwhelmed. You will begin your day with a 2.5 hour hike up and around the Great sugarloaf. You will enjoy a gorgeous cup of warm vanilla before you begin. She’ll have a box of 3 yummy and to enjoy at the top of the mountain and on your walk back down to yoga. You will practice an yoga sequence for 1.5 hours in on the Southern Cross.

You will then head over to Cara’s home for a full vegetarian lunch, huge vat of soup, big winter warmer salad and lots of sourdough and veggie charcuterie boards!!! Your day will come to an end with a gorgeous sauna and cold plunge. The day begins at 9.15am and ends at 3.45pm. Sunday the 13th of October!
