Freshly waxed, threaded, or laminated brows leave your skin a little more sensitive, so it’s important to give them some extra care during sunny weather.
✨ Wear a hat if you’re out in the sun.
✨ Avoid direct sun exposure for the first 24–48 hours where possible.
✨ Use a gentle SPF around the brow area once your skin has settled.
✨ Skip exfoliants, retinol, and harsh skincare near your brows for a couple of days.
✨ Keep the area clean, hydrated, and avoid touching your brows.
A little aftercare goes a long way in keeping your skin calm and your brows looking their best. 💛

Why they work well together
Think of it like repairing a damaged building:
K18 repairs important structural damage inside the building.
Redken Extreme reinforces the structure and adds protection so it’s less likely to be damaged again.
Using both means you’re addressing:
Internal molecular damage (K18)
Surface strength and ongoing protection (Redken Extreme)
A good routine
If your hair is very damaged:
1. Wash with Redken Extreme Shampoo.
2. Skip conditioner on the days you use K18 (as directed by K18).
3. Apply K18 Leave In Molecular Repair Hair Mask to towel-dried hair.
4. Wait 4 minutes before adding any styling products.
5. On non K18 wash days, use Redken Extreme Conditioner or another strengthening treatment.
