You know we’re always trying to improve our space and make it as good as possible.

A few new additions at Hidden Sauna.

New flooring has been added throughout the corridors, to make sure it’s tidier and safer with plenty more improvements happening behind the scenes.

Eoin Sweeney playing from 6–8:30pm this Friday. Pull up and enjoy your own beer/wine with this weeks heat wave. Hopefully we make it a weekly thing.

Sauna rituals are every Sunday evening with our in house Sauna master Anitta @ 8pm. You can book our sauna rituals through our booking system. All over events please book through the pages tagged.

We’ve just opened our new 30-person wood-fired sauna, sitting right over the River Dower.

Built for teams, groups and events, it’s the perfect place to switch off, sweat it out and reset.

We’ll also be running weekly sauna rituals, guided sessions designed to take your sauna experience to the next level.

Coming soon:
❄️ Two 2°C chiller cold plunges behind the sauna — which can also be used as hot tubs on request.

Updates weekly sauna ritual times🍃

Feedback from everyone that attended was really good and we’re looking forward to making this a weekly thing!

Anitta was a really welcoming host and is super chill which made it a great atmosphere.

A couple said they had the best sleep of their lives after it 😂

It was also great to see new faces as well as our weekly friends joining.
