What to expect during a Reflexology appointment on your feet....
✅You will first fill in a consultation form to ensure there are no contraindications to the treatment and to see why you have chosen this treatment.
✅ You will be made comfortable on the treatment couch in a relaxing atmosphere.
✅Treatment is carried out using massage movements and applying gentle but firm pressure to certain points on feet.
✅After the treatment we will discuss how the treatment went, how you feel afterwards and what I may have observed and possible blockages within your body.
