May was one of those months that felt so full, I couldn’t possibly fit it all into one dump ✨

We welcomed so many amazing clients across all treatments, and Korean Lash Lifting completely stole the spotlight this month. THANK YOU ALL!!

I also ticked something special off my list — a trip to Champagne, France, where a friend and I spent our days visiting wineries and tasting some incredible champagne. 🥂

There were a few unforgettable restaurant experiences too, because the older I get, the more I value creating beautiful memories through simple moments, good food, and great company🥂

One of my best friends came over from Bordeaux, and I had the pleasure of organising her hen party — such a special few days together. 🤍

Behind the scenes, I’ve been making a real effort to show up more, filming more content and sharing more of the journey here on Instagram.

And of course, Pilates Reformer remains my happy place. Every class reminds me why I love it so much.
