In this Reel, Nurse Roseanne is treating Irma for hollowness and a darker shadow under the eyes.

Because Irma has a natural fat pad in the area, traditional filler wasn’t the most suitable option for her. Instead, Nurse Roseanne is using PRF (Platelet-Rich Fibrin), a regenerative treatment that works with your own blood-derived growth factors to support collagen production and improve the quality and structure of the delicate under-eye area over time.

The aim isn’t to simply add volume. It’s about encouraging gradual improvement in the skin and underlying tissue for a fresher, more rested appearance.

HALO LASER | A closer look

Nurse Aisling recently had a Halo hybrid fractional laser treatment, and these Day 1 and Day 3 images give you a realistic look at the recovery.

Sciton Halo combines ablative and non-ablative laser wavelengths to improve skin tone, texture and overall skin quality, while typically offering less downtime than a more intensive fractional treatment such as CO₂.

It can be used to target:
• Sun damage
• Pigmentation & uneven skin tone
• Fine lines
• Enlarged pores
• Melasma
• Acne scarring
• Overall skin texture and quality

As you can see with Aisling, there was some mild redness and slight swelling on Day 1, with the skin already looking much calmer by Day 3.
