In this demonstration, I am working on a fascial restriction point. The intention is not to force the tissue to change, but to create the right conditions for the fascia to soften and release naturally.

Fascia is a continuous web of connective tissue throughout the body. When it becomes restricted, it can limit movement, create discomfort, and affect the function of surrounding muscles and joints. A gentle, sustained approach allows the tissue to respond without triggering a protective response
Before applying pressure, I assess the tissue with my hands. I am feeling for:

Areas of restriction or tension.

Changes in tissue density.

Reduced glide between tissue layers.

The client’s response to touch.

My hands are listening to the tissue rather than trying to force it to move.

The Technique

Once I locate the restriction, I apply slow, gentle, sustained pressure . The pressure is a good felt pain . You’ll know the difference. Rather than pushing harder, I allow time for the fascia to respond before moving or deepening into the next point.

I maintain consistent contact and avoid unnecessary movement. The key is patience and allowing the client decide when he or she is ready to move on. Fascia responds to sustained pressure, not force.

Technique and intention are two critical elements to releasing the fascia in my opinion the most effective way

Increasing speed & applying pressure beneath the cheekbones helps release facial tension and encourage healthy circulation. It also supports lymphatic drainage, which may reduce puffiness and leave the face looking more sculpted & lifted This relaxing technique can refresh the complexion and promote a naturally lifted, radiant appearance.

I get asked a lot why I choose sugaring over shaving, waxing and other hair removal methods —so here’s my honest take, I’ve been using it for over 10 years now

For me, it’s just way gentler on the skin. I don’t get the same irritation, and there’s no risk of burns because the paste is literally just at body temperature.

Over time I’ve noticed my hair grows back finer, softer, and a lot slower, and I get way fewer ingrowns since it’s removed in the natural direction of growth.

I also love that the sugar paste only sticks to the hair and dead skin cells, so you get a bit of gentle exfoliation too, which leaves my skin feeling really smooth.

The more regularly I do it, the less redness and discomfort I tend to get as well.

And as a bonus, it’s 100% natural, biodegradable, and water-soluble, so it’s a more eco-friendly option too.

If you’re curious, I also offer a free consultation where we can chat about your skin, hair, and whether it’s a good fit for you.

Face fascia release is a gentle yet powerful treatment that helps release tension held in the jaw, one of the most common areas where we store stress & past trauma

By easing tightness in the facial muscles and connective tissue, it can help reduce jaw discomfort, prevent stress headaches and migraines, and promote deep relaxation.

Many clients leave feeling lighter, more relaxed, less heavy with a noticeable sense of relief throughout the face, head, and neck.

Experiment as part of a morning and night time ritial for you and if you have any questions reach out to me !

What an amazing personal experience I embraced over the weekend in the beautiful forest of the Shaolin Temple Europe 歐洲少林寺, just outside Otterberg in Germany. ✨️🙏❤️

Incredible teachings and practices that make you look at your life very differently. There is so much I gained, it's hard to summarise fully. Three realisations surfaced the most.

Put your intentions into action more! 🙌💪

We are too active in the brain and not active enough in the body, causing us to have too much going on, and then nothing gets done and frustration develops. We resist.

By balancing the mind and body through active practices of martial arts such as Kung Fu and Tai Chi, you embody a relaxed mind, flexibility, mobility and strength by using your breath. I haven't experienced any other practice where my mind and body completely let go to the same degree. Therefore, you are serving your body better in every way.

Welcome in flow and let go of tension. ✨️🙏

You have two choices – tighten your fist or release and let go. Fill and empty your cup. We decide to continue our life holding on, attaching to, or surrendering and letting go.

Becoming more circular, less linear.

When the body feels tense, the 'qi' is blocked. This restricts the body and holds onto pain. Moving 'qi' through practice removes blockages, allowing the blood and nourishment to flow more easily, causing less pain. Pain will come no matter what you do. It's your ability to break through this and develop your strength. Then things start to look different.

Listen internally and intentionally. 🧘‍♂️✨️

By becoming still, present, and aware, you will find the answers. You will know exactly what your body is trying to tell you. If you listen and apply, change will come. If you decide to ignore it, expect to stay the same.

A huge thank you to the Headmaster, Shi Heng Yi, all the Masters, Disciples, and Novices who made the experience so unforgettable. 🙏✨️
