Our Massage Therapists are a FETAC and ITEC qualified and members of the Irish Massage Therapists Association (IMTA). They have qualifications in sports and holistic massage as well as in personal training and nutrition. A holistic approach is taken towards the clients needs, often offering advice around nutrition, exercise and stress management.
